Covenants/By-Laws
One of the main goals of a property owners association is to protect and improve property values. Much emphasis is placed on the aesthetics of homes in our neighborhood. River's End also prides itself on our common areas, which are consistently taken care of and well-maintained.
The River’s End covenants cover annual dues obligations, requirements, maintenance responsibilities, dispute resolution, covenant enforcement, and property-use restrictions.
The Board is composed of five (5) members, all who are lot owners in River’s End. The Board is elected by a vote of the community members. Each Board member holds a two (2) year term. Elections are held at the annual meeting in October.
Board members assist with developing policies, setting goals and priorities, and participating in the governance and maintenance of our community, all for the betterment of our neighborhood.
