The Heart of Seaford

Developed in 1995, River’s End is a private waterfront community with 195 unique single family lots located in Seaford, Delaware. Our residents enjoy an inviting, peaceful, and beautiful environment that offers friendly neighbors, picnics and fishing at the community pond, exploring the 1/2-mile long “woodland path” trail,  watching wildlife, creating memories at bonfires and cookouts, attending organized happy hours and holiday parties, walking or bicyling the two-mile heart-shaped loop, listening to the birds and simply taking in the beauty of this Community with a Heart!

Congratulations to River’s End! Our 95 acres of green space were awarded the Certified Wildlife Habitat designation by the Delaware Nature Society and the National Wildlife Federation. The certification recognizes properties that support nature and the environment by providing food, water, and shelter for wildlife and minimizing the use of fertilizers and pesticides.
